Hi guys,
I'm 17, 5'2" and 123 pounds, female and want to lose weight. I'm not fat, i'm average. However I want to slim down and get to an ideal weight of 110.
Basically, I'm skinny-fat. Not sure if you guys are familiar with this term, it's a relativley thin individual with a high body fat percentage. The key to feeling good and looking great for these people is alof of resistance training and cardio.
For the past few weeks I have been jogging for 30 minutes on my treadmill, running approxiamtley 2.5 miles. After that I would do a hundred or so squats, do some tricep lifts with 5 pound dumb bells and that's pretty much it...yeah, I know, pathetic :/
I really want to amp up my regimen and do something that will help me lose the weight quicker and give me a toned look. I've cut back on the sugar, I only eat when hungry, and have somewhat limited my caloric intake. However, what excersise regimine should I follow in order to obtain the desired results?
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated, and an all out excersise routine would be just amazing, thank you!
