Hi there everyone, I'm a mom of 4 boys and the proud owner/instructor of Studio Veena... an online pole dance community! I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for almost 8 yrs and fell in LOVE with pole dance just over 1 yr ago. I had my 4th child 4 months ago and thanks to pole dancing I'm already back into pre preggo shape!! My other passion is training with free weights but I haven't had much time for that.... my obsession with pole dance has taken its place. LOL

There's no business like pole business,
