PM Newbie Question

Im not sure if this is the right thread to ask this and Im sorry if it is but when Im having a hard time responding to PM. I am getting a message that minimum 5 messages and 5 days are required to pm. Ive been here 5 days but what kind of messages do I need. Thanks for the help!!!
 
You need to post to public threads, just 4 more now that you've posted this one. You can start your own thread, like here, or post to any other threads on the forum.
