pls pls give me a quick answer thx

boxing = resting days...What ?

If you consider boxing your resting days, then I am very interested in what your boxing consits of ? I train for boxing 3 to 4 days a week and it kicks my ass worse than any day weight training hands down. Sports Illustrated rated Boxing as the most intense sport by a landslide, with hockey coming in second. What does your boxing training consit of ?

Seems like you give your self enough time to rest but you might be over working your heart because cardio and boxing work on heart rate. you dont want any vascular damage of course but if you feel that you can handle this routine then this routine is good for you. I personally wouldnt be able to handle it until my 2nd-3rd week of doing it. And incase you dont encorporate Abdominal training, you should. Your abs are your core and they need to be strong so dont forget about those.

for boxing what i usually do is practicing on a punchbag and then every friday or saturday i have a 3 mins 12 round boxing match with someone stronger than me.
and yea im gonna start doing abs again on the days of cardio and boxing

and also i thought u can never work ur heart too much or was i mistaken.
if so then i wont do any cardio as boxing already burns enough calories :D

thx mreik but i asked me fitness instructor at my gym and he said im not over trainning is he wrong ? and he aint some kind of a fool cause hes a pro bodybuilder :p

If you box with intensity, and lift with intensity, you're overtraining. Unless you're on the gear, then you'll be okay.

Like you said, he's a pro bodybuilder. The same thing will not necessarily work for you. No offense, but I'm sure he has quite a bit more experience in the field, and aside from that, the same thing doesn't work for everyone.

If you ever notice, most pro boxers have a bangin six pack. Work your abs. On the days you work shoulders, work the trapezius as well. For traps do frontal raises, lateral raises, and both front and rear shoulder shrugs.
