Please suggest some methods to put body and mind together.

Hi all, i would like to know some of the methods to put body and mind together. which im unble to do from so long please share some of the methods by which we can do this.

For me it's as simple as breathing. Getting quiet enough to hear what my body is feeling. I don't last too long, maybe maximum 5 min right now, but it's something i'm trying to get back into.I use to be able to sit for 30 min straight and meditate. But like Jenng said, Yoga is very helpful because your body is moving, in a way keeping your physical body occupied so you can focus just one one thing, your breathing. Good luck!
