Young man, stand up be
PROUD and be
LOUD and separate yourself from the
CROWD and rise above this minor
STORM CLOUD
Losing tissue, is battle of biological functions and your mind.
IF YOU WIN THE HIGHER PERCENTAGES of the battles in the head, you WILL overcome anything humanly possible.
The
BEAST in the
HEAD must be
Wiser than the
BEAST WITHIN
(Because it can be a battle of the wills and how the body was designed to function)
If you believe in yourself and what you're trying to achieve,
act like it. Spend time on the things that you value. Give your goals the attention they deserve.
Live your life every day trusting the wisdom of your direction. Knowing you can do it is a great first step to getting anything done. The next, often tougher step, is turning the words of your wishes into a solid way to make it happen.

Every giant leap forward is in reality a series of baby steps.
For every major breakthrough you see in your performance, don’t forget all the hundreds of little things that had to happen, day after day, for that to happen.
Habits are the basis of improvement, but they don’t happen overnight. The easiest – and most difficult – way to improve your life is to make or break a habit. It’s easy because habits are built one single action at a time. It’s difficult because you need to be consistent.
It’s much more of a mental game as compared to a physical challenge. If you don’t see progress right away, don’t be discouraged. In fact, some of the habits you have right now have been a years in the making and repeating. They can be as stubborn as a mule. It might take some coaxing to get them to move. But, you can get then to move.
Setting and achieving goals can be very overwhelming if cognitive systems aren’t put in place. This "system" can take many different forms for an individual person. Through trial and error, you will have to find the "Personal System" that will work for you that will achieve your goal.

Your body is a
walking pharmacy store. A
pharmaceutical factory that can
mix and match its natural drugs, attempting to obtain a balance, repair, rebuild; sometimes its efficient and sometimes its not. Sometimes its on par with your fitness goals, and sometimes it is not.
It can effect your brain chemistry.
Yet, it is this powerful. You are literally are walking drug store, and these drugs can
"vary in strength",
"sometimes rather convincing", and
"very influential", dependent on several personal factors.
But, sometimes the
"prescription medications" the body writes itself isn't "necessarily" in its best interest. It can make you think resistance it is futile.
But, a piece of you is always unaffected; you must be the postage stamp, and must deliver---
on time, like UPS Mail.
Education soaks up the cries for help.
This is your body talking:
I never stop talking day or night.
I never shut up; I am always flappen' the lips.
The language I speak is controlled by my forked tongue; I can sometimes lie and tell the truth.
I can be your greatest asset or your worst enemy.
Your attitude influences the nature of my tongue and the degree of my lip flappen'
You must keep
tappen' the lip
flappen to make YOU
happen'
You walk with me but can you handle me?
Answer: Yes, you can.
Now, stand up on your two feet and stand erect, and get what you want done.
Best wishes,
Chillen
