Lately I have been feeling really down and depressed and I have been gorging on sugary/ fat foods. Last year I was 188, I lost weight and added lean muscle and went to 142. Then I added more weight. Now I am 153. I want to lose 10 pounds fast but I don't know anymore. Lately every time I approach a workout I get half way through,really fatigued, my nutrition is off, I am more hungry now. I used to eat 4-6, times a day now it is 8-10. I don't know what to do. I was thinking of supplumenting 2 protein shakes a day instead of one in my diet to try and get my weight back to where I want it. And trying to eat 5 meals a day.
