I didnt change my story, when I added soup, yogurt, etc I made it clear it was the new plan my mother suggested and I started today. The v8 is the juice I mentioned in my first post.
I may not know much about food but everyone I know agrees sodas are bad, why I dont know but they are.
Its not just sushi and pasta, as I added the veggie soup and the chicken with lettuce on fridays. I could also add meatballs with rice each week.
Im puzzled as to why my new plan is an unhealthy balance of fat and carbs as it includes apples, bananas, cereal, veggie soup, chicken and wheat. how can this be so unhealthy? Thats what is making me be so frustrated, it doesnt make sense.
As for breakfast I asked you if eggs and cereal are ok.
If you have a hard time taking me seriously I have the right to question you both as well, drinking sodas isnt healthy, nor is it eating a lot at night. How do I even know you are not fat? it is the ultimate irony when a doctor is lecturing people about health and he is fat himself.
My mother told the instructors at our gym about my issue and they agreed I just needed to add more food like apples and chicken.
If I told you my new diet plan was pizza and burgers I would be an idiot, but what I wrote seemed reasonable and healthy to me.
