Hello everyone. I am 20 years old.

I used to weight 264 pounds, now my weight is 160 pounds. I am 1.87 meters tall.

it took me 8 months to lose all that weight, I began to walk more and ate very little. I only eat twice a day. My breakfast is bread and chocolate mik. I don't eat at night, my meals are:

Monday: pasta
tuesday: sushi
wednesday: pasta repeat/sushi repeat
thursday: sushi
friday: chicken sandwich

I eat at around 4-5 pm

sat-sunday I eat a bit more, but if I overeat or eat anything with fat my stomach hurts a lot and I'm knocked out for the day.

I quit sodas, I only drink juice, any fruit drink and orangina.

I used to throw up ocationally but I stopped it, and I did it very few times.

Now I'm worried because I keep losing weight, and I don't want to die. how can I stay at my current weight and not lose more? bare in mind I can't eat more because it hurts my stomach. please help.

Speak to your doctor.

Sorry, based on what you said, we aren't the ones to talk to. You could have a medical situation. At the very least, you need a different level of help.

so, talk to your doctor.

What you're eating is ridiculous. Of course you're losing weight - you're eating next to nothing and getting practically no nutrition. Where are the vegetables? Fruit? Healthy fats?

I'd suggest you start doing some research into nutrition and learning how to eat a healthy and balanced diet. If you continue eating the way you are, you're going to get very sick.

I asked my mom to take me to a nutrisionist, I hope the person can help me. I'm worried I might not stop losing pounds.

@ Kara: can you suggest a new diet plan I can begin asap? something that can help me stay where I am and not lose more.

No. Because you don't need a diet plan. You need to learn about nutrition.

I'd suggest you start with reading all the sticky posts in the forum. They'll give you some information on nutrition, good food, proper eating.

Really and truly. You don't need a diet. You need to learn what proper eating is.

If you need to stop losing weight, then start eating normally. I'm pretty sure talking to the nutritionalist can help you but you know, just think of the normal things you are suppose to eat.

Well I'm not really sure what those things are. I thought My diet was healthy because it has fish and chicken, milk and fruit. but apparently it isn't. Do I need to add more meals or change the ones I already have? I know people who eat sushi or just rice as much as I do and seem to be fine, as it is supposed to be a healthy food.

Again, I'm gonig to suggest that you read the sticky posts in the forum. There is a lot of good information there. Then you can come back and ask specific questions.

can you give the links to this information I have to read? I'm not sure in what section to look at.

Ok..let's try this.

Add veggies and fruit. Add a better variety. Read the forum stickie posts. Talk to that nutritionalist but I guess I don't understand how you don't get 'normal'. No one JUST eats sushi. If you want to eat like that, do some research into their entire diet.

I mean hell, your breakfast is bread and chocolate milk..that doesn't say anything to you? Cereal? Fruit? Oatmeal? Tea?

It's a lot of things. You are 20 years old. You mean to tell me you know nothing about nutrition? Everyone had to learn about the food pyramid and such. You have to have some knowledge, even if it is real basic.

Well there was no class for food in my school, I am aware of the pyramid but I just want someone to help me by telling me what to eat so I don't get fat again. I don't want to be fat again, but I don't want to die because of being underweight...Like tonight, what should I eat before I go to bed? is the exercize I do ok? I'm reading the forum but I don't see the info I need.

You want the pure and basic answer? Calories in vs Calories Out. If you eat as many calories as you burn, you won't gain or lose weight. Too many and you gain, too few and you lose.

Read the various posts through the forum for some detailed answers then come back here.

Ok, truly .. I'm having a bit of a hard time taking this seriously.

You're telling me that at 20 years old, you have no understanding of what a healthy food is? You don't honestly understand why you're continuing to lose weight? You have no idea why bread and chocolate milk isn't a healthy breakfast? You don't know what a balanced meal is? Really?

You don't understand how to click through the various links and read the threads that are at the top of each forum?

Honestly, I'm not trying ot be harsh or rude .. I just truly don't understand how someone who is 20 years old is THAT clueless about ... well ... evertying.

That's why I'm asking for help, because I don't know what to do. If I knew everything I wouldn't have joined the forum asking for help.

I read the thread where to start and some sites about diets.

My mother suggested I eat this:

Cereal in the morning
cheese/apple at noon
The meal I always eat
night: yogurt

Does this sound like a healthy diet? I'm just asking for opinions since this site seems to be full of experts, If I was seeking people to tell me to keep throwing up I would have asked at a more teenage-like forum.

This is not a joke and I may be an idiot at my age, but I am asking for help and opinions, I saw someone who made a thread about "extreme" diet plan and he was asked for more info on what he does so he could be given hlep, he wasn't shut off like you seem to be acting towards me.

My mother won't take me to a nutriologist until next week, so I am seeking help TODAY here.
