[SIZE="4"]Hi.. Im new here. A little about me.. Im 26 and I weigh around 225 ( I don't have scales this was according to a weigh in a week ago) I am really wanting to lose some weight, but I'm so out of shape I don't know where to start. I do have a tredmill. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to start out exercising? I don't want to do too much at first, but enough to start the weight loss! I have also previoiusly had a c-section. I don't know if that would matter or not. Thanks sooo much!!
