Please Help...

[SIZE="4"]Hi.. Im new here. A little about me.. Im 26 and I weigh around 225 ( I don't have scales this was according to a weigh in a week ago) I am really wanting to lose some weight, but I'm so out of shape I don't know where to start. I do have a tredmill. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to start out exercising? I don't want to do too much at first, but enough to start the weight loss! I have also previoiusly had a c-section. I don't know if that would matter or not. Thanks sooo much!!:seeya:

ACK i'm blind from that pink...

Nutrition is going to play a huge factor in weight loss.. spend some time reading the stickied threads in the nutrition forum.

The stickied threads in the exercise forum will give you some starting points when it comes to exercise

and the stickied threads in nutrition will give you a lot of other really helpful information


Starting somewhere is the start - doesn't really matter what you do - go out for a walk for 20 minutes every day - do something manageable and progress from there
