I am hoping someone can help. I started my diet in August 2008. My starting weight was at least 369. I now weigh 285. I have done this by eating about 2200 calories per day. I am not overly focused on the types of food I eat. I eat the 2200 reasonable calories. I have cereal for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, and usually frozen dinner (Michelena’s, Lean Cuisine). I also will have smaller snacks in between meals like Fiber One bars and 100 calorie snacks. I do not think I eat “junk food”. I am hoping to get to about 220. I have done this without exercising. Recently I have trying to use the treadmill for about 30 minutes every other morning. I do not seem to be losing any more weight. I have been about the same weight for about 2 months now. I have a desk job, so I am not extremely active. Since I just turned 30, I am worried it is getting harder to reverse the damage I have caused over the years. I am still very focused on the diet, but am starting to get discouraged. What do you think I should do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
