I'm about 6ft 1 - 6ft 2 and I weigh just under 16st. I'm not badly over weight I don't think but I'm very unfit. I'm very fat in the face because if it and have decided to start dieting and turning the fat into muscle.
I was planing on eating healthy for a few weeks/months so that I can try and lose some of the weight and to try and lose the fatness in my face (double chin ect) is that possible btw? And then going to the gym and toneing up my body.
