Please help!

I'm on the verge of a binge. I'm hoping if I post about it here I can stop myself. It all started by doing two workouts this morning and being super hungry at lunch. First I ate some turkey, a light mozerella stick and some low carb yogurt. I was still hungry, but I waited. A frozen burrito was too much for me. It sounded so good and of course I had to have cheese on top. It was a total of about 400 cals. yuck. I didn't even feel overstuffed afterwards.... I'd been feeling lightheaded so it actually made me feel much better.

I did need a few extra cals, but I SHOULD have chosen something better... now all I can think about is the homemade macaroni I'm making for dinner for my family... the leftover pizza in the fridge .... and the chocolate chip cookies in the cookie jar! I want to binge so badly... but I also DON'T want to binge just as badly. :)

I've been doing so well the past week or so... I haven't been hungry and I haven't craved junk or sweets at all. Now it's all coming apart and I need help!!

I am craving too.. get gum if u can!!! Drink water!! whatever.. dont binge!
 
Close your eyes....
Take a deep breath
Hold it for a few moments...
Exhale slowly

Repeat several times...

Relax...

Don't feel guilty that you should have chosen better... what's done is done.. now you just have to get thru the next few hours... don't let a slightlly wrong choice let you backslide... :)

You're strong... you are asking for help and you've got it...

You can get thru this...

Think about what you really want... the pizza and the pasta aren't your long term wants...
 
You are so close to your goal and you've worked very hard to get here. You clearly want to keep going!

You CAN do this :D

Thanks for all the support! It helped to know you all were counting on me to be strong. And I was! I beat the craving!! No pizza, no macaroni, no cookies... just my meal bar, watermelon and a diet coke. Whew. 200 cals... Total for the day right about 1100. Yah me! :)

I'm sure I'll need your help again.. but hopfully I won't have another day like this for awhile. :p

If anyone else needs help fast, use this board to stop your binge!! :)

I will probably need help sometime soon too ;) .
 
it's kinda like calling your sponsor in AA -instead of one person -- you got lots of people to talk you down off the ledge...

atta girl for asking for help when you needed it...
