please help

hey i'm new to the site i'm robert i'm 13 years old 5 foot and 125 lbs
here's my problem i have alway been short and fat i do weight training 3 time a week this is my whole point in working out i have a gut and it bothers me so much to know i'm fat can you give me some tips on losing belly fat please i nedd the help thanks.
 
to lose fat you have to burn more calories than you take in. you still have to eat, starvation deals will cause trouble in the long run. eat roughly every 3 hours. weight lifting is good for maintaining strength and lean bodyweight.
 
and by careful, they mean eating casein protein(cottage cheese/milk) since it is slowly digested and will therefore help prevent muscle loss.
