Ok, I'll try to be short and sweet.
Bike is a recliner (Feet aren't directly beneath the bike they're out to the front)
My workout is roughly eighty minutes. A weight loss program so it alternates between pretty hard going and hard going. The feet, more so the left one, start to tingle after about 35 minutes. Pain after an hour or so.
I have tried a number of things, the straps are now a little looser. I've elevated my position a little too.
Due to increasing length of my session it starts to hurt pretty bad after the numbness. Now...im sitting here in the evening ten hours later and it's pretty painful. Any ideas?
I don't really want to cut down the length or difficulty. I've lost five stone, but I still have at least another two.
Thanks all.
