80kg? 80lb? 80st? If you let us know what unit of measurement you're working with, along with your height and some history of your lifestyle over the last year and how your weight has changed in that time, we'll be able to give more useful advice.

80lb = 80 pounds. 1kg = 2.2lb, so 80lb would be seriously underweight. Just gauging where you're at.

Okay, so if you're gaining weight at about 1kg/month (2kg over 2 months), that means you're averaging 0.25kg/wk, which means you're in a daily calorie surplus of about 250kcal/day (meaning that you're consuming about 250kcal (or 1,000kj) more per day than what you expend each day). So, in order to stand still with your weight, you'd be looking at either reducing daily calorie consumption by 250kcal (which is roughly one snack, depending on your choice of snacks) or increasing energy expenditure by about 250kcal (which is about 30min of moderate intensity activity, give or take) each day. In order to reverse the effect, do both (reduce calorie intake slightly AND increase physical activity slightly).

80kg seem really heavy one of my advice is to make your self discipline first and have a self control and do exercise daily ,those advice is also advice me of my in Finland where now i am loosing weight which is a good start for me.

thanks for your reply. I have started my diet program and can i have some good list of fruits which are playing good role in losing weight some websites claim that fruit is balancing weight is that true??

^ Ultimately it comes down to calories in vs calories out. A simple-sounding equation which in reality isn't very simple, since everything you do, including consuming calories, influences calories out. Some fruits may be more effective than others at providing satiation with minimal calories or at promoting increased metabolic output, but I don't know enough about nutrition to give any guidance on that matter. In any case, whether one fruit is better than another in this context is focusing on very small details. The general trend of eating fruit is going to be more important than exactly which fruits you eat or don't eat.

Follow these Diet Tips to overcome over-weight:

1). Drink at least 4litre water
2). Take balanced breakfast
3). Take 5-8 servings of fruits per day
4). Be choosy about dinner
5). Chew your food
6). Avoid TV or any work while eating
7). Take Eat vegetables raw
8). Drink green tea
9). Take vegetable salad or soup
10). Follow plenty of exercises or workout
11). Eat different mini-meals
12). Try to avoid taking food for at least 14hours in a day
13). Avoid carbohydrates or fat and take protein rich food
14). Visualize yourself thin to gain self-confidence

Your body weight is a balancing act, but the equation is simple: If you eat more calorie consumption than you get rid of, you put on weight. And if you eat fewer calorie consumption than you get rid of, you shed body weight.
