Cardio is really the only way to get rid of the fat. You have to make sure you are burning more calories a day than what you are eating. At the same time, you have to make sure you are getting enough calories, because if you eat too few, you won't loose as much weight as you could be.

I'm sure someone more knowlegable will help you with all of the specifics, but there are a lot of misconceptions out there, so make sure what you are doing will actually be beneficial to YOUR body. What works for some doesn't work for others.

ETA: Oh, and be careful with the juice. A LOT of juices are pure sugar, even some orange juices, and you wouldn't realize it. Make sure it has very little sugar and is not from concentrate.

incorrect. cardio is not the only way. in fact it's one of the least effective ways compared to other training methods that make use of the bodies other energy systems. so don't ever go thinking that in order to burn the fat, you need to do cardio. There are many ways to train effectively for long term fat loss.

cardio is good because it's easy enough for most beginners to do. But don't go thinking it's the only way. it's not even the best way. it's a tool thats a means to an end. one of many.

edit: to the op, drawing out a plan customized for you is really not really what we're here for. We can give tips, adjust things you're already doing, etc etc. But don't expect us to spoonfeed you a lifestyle. There are many stickies on this forum related to diet and exercise. start with them, and make your own program. Once you have that, and start getting a base of knowledge for yourself, we can go from there and adjust as needed. Learning about health and nutrition is always time well spent, having it handed to you doesn't teach you anything.
