After I had my two children, I had the "jiggly butt " too and used to get so called compliments from guys on the way it jiggled....but I hated it!
Okay , so I was actually just on a diet and was wanting to lose a few pounds back then, I wasn't obsessed about it just wanted the butt to shrink a bit, so back then , the way I got it into shape started with running. I started to really enjoy running and the way it made me feel great after I started to progress at being able to run longer and faster ! I also added some leg and butt toning exercises and the cellulite is gone !
I drank alot of water and just got way more active. Started to progress in things I really enjoyed , like aerobics and running, leg and butt toning (weight training)
Squats are excellent for your butt and thighs. It takes time , you just have to make a routine and stick to it and don't try to overachieve things and expect drastic results within an unrealistic period of time.
Maybe this is me talking to myself here! LOL , but really, if you just commit to your overall health, be more active and do weight training on the legs, thighs , butt area, you should see results happening within weeks! Then you'll just really start to enjoy the weight training !
