please help me this is my last chance !

Hi guys ,

I'm new here and I want to change my life from today
I'm sick of beeing fat and for wearing my mother's clothes << yeah I know it's sad :( , I feel like I'm alive but with a dead body it's nice to see my friends
having a good time but it's sad cz most of the time I can't join them because
I don't look beautiful like them so I rather stay at home .

I'm 20 but I waste my life on stupid things " sleeping and eating " I want
to see my self on the mirror and say .. yes this is me I will not hide anymore
that's why I'm here and I'm ready 100% to eat healthy food and to exercise

But I need your advice before I get started !

first of all I'm Fmale , 20 years old , my hight is 163 and my wieght 80 kg
my goal is to lose at least 20 kg

1-so how many calories are allow for me in a one day ??
2- is one hour of exercising is enough for each day ??
3- my arms looks like a jelly so how can I fixed and switched them with Muscles ??

please help me this is my last chance !
 
first of all, its not your last chance
its never your last chance! not unless you know for a fact you are gonna die.
try having a look here to workout how many calories you need. A lot is based on what you can handle also. Some people can all but starve (which isnt good btw) and others need a little more.
I would start at eating aroung 2000-2500 calories a day to start off with, and do as much exercise as you are comfortable with, If that starts as a 10minute brisk walk 3 times a day then do just that,
If you can do 60 minute marathons then go that way.
Swimming is a nice easy option which works great, also cycling and power walking.

Keep a positive attitude as best you can! It makes a world of different, or at least it did for me.

Anytime you feel your getting bogged down in negative thoughts try to think about yourself in a positive light. Think about all you have to be grateful for, or thinkg about your body and life as if you have already reached your goals!
