please help me i need a routine.

ok so i just got a new homegym for christmas. i want to get in the best shape of my life. I have a good amount of muscle. I am about 6 feet tall i am 14 years old, and i weigh about 200 lbs. I am in taekwondo(but i have to quit due to too much schoolwork and family stuff) and am looking to play football for my highschool next year(10th grade year). i dont know if i will be able too. i think i am going on vacation to the middle east( the country of jordan) to visit my dads side of the family. They are not really known for being fit. I don't want to be like the rest of them. when i go there i am really active. My older cousin just started body building over there so he knows where the gyms are(i want to try to get to em at least 3-4 times a week if i do go.) I think i will get my cardio from skateboarding around their cities. Also my grandpa has a big garden in their backyard so i can eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies. I will try to stay away from the fast food there.i just want to get rid of this fat and get in good shape. what is a good routine i coud use with this homegym? IMPEX 150-LB. STACK HOME GYM well mine is similar to this one. i am going to mix in a cardio routine. and also my skateboarding will help out w cardio. I also will need help on nutrition. f you can help me out with either of these things post here. For nutrition i would really appreciate it if you could private msg me. i knw i posted this in another sub-forum but i got no responses and this sub-forum looked like a better place. Please move if in wrong place

I would have a look in the sticky thats titled "Feel like posting your self-made-and-likely-inefficient split? Maybe Read this first" because that has a lot of routines and it gives the main benefits of each. You will have to adjust them to your homegym as they are designed for using loose weights but you will be able to find equivalent exercises that you can work with.
Eat well - if you are trying to build muscle you need a calorie excess of about 300 - 500 calories. There are many suggestions for the best ratio of protein/carbs/fats but try and do it with healthy foods like rice, bread, potatoes for carbs, milk, fish, meat for protein and stuff like cheese, nuts for fats. Don't neglect the fats.

Also don't push too hard until your body gets used to it.
