Please help me figure out what I should do

goal 150, lean and mean

its odd, my legs and arms are really solid, but my midsection has a good amount of fat on it. I have been working out alot and taking in about 1500 calories but no I see that is to few.

so here is my question, how many calories should I take in? i figured that i need 2660 calories to keep this weight so i am thinking 2000 would be good?

also how do the ratios like 30 30 40 work, do you mean take in 30% of 200 in protiens and carbs and 40% of that in fat? and by fat do you mean calories?

also how can i better my work out, i was doing 40mins of lifting about 4-5 times a week, but should i cut that down to less days and maybe an hour and maybe add running an for 30 minutes every mourning?

also (lots of also) how many protiens should i take in, one guy tell me 250 and another 135... and do I really need 7 small meals, I have been doing 3 squares.

*one last thing lol, should i eat befor or after the mourning run, if i should do that at all, and should i eat befor or after i lift, and are there any particular nutrients I want to get in for both?*
