[Please Help]I need help guys!

Hey guys im a 14 year old male im quiet short 4ft 7 and like 45 kg my arms are very skinny and i look very weak but i have alittle fat in my stomache im starting to do this before sleeping:

10 pushups>15 2.2kg dumbell reps>10 pushups>50 crunches>10 pushups>15 dumbell reps

will i get any results from this if no or its not good enough can you please advice me

BTW im a muslim so its Ramadan for me and i cant eat from like 3:30-7:30

im doing this so i can do tricks like 360 flips backflips etc.

You should add pull-ups and plyometrics for your legs.

If you don’t have access to weights (other than indicated) you should research body weight workouts.

Hi there,

Just reading through blog....as a fitness tutor in this industry and personal trainer with extensive knowledge...I would suggest that if you want to bulk up in size and strengthen your ab muscles, in particular your TVA muscles... you should incorporate some cardio workout then into comfortable but to fatigue on resistance machines. If no access to this, then you will need to ensure that your posture is correct and perform pull ups/chin ups/dips etc which can be incorportaed in local parks, be resourceful. You need to look at your nutrition...are you eatuing the right protein and when? and carbs etc? Ramadan...you can eat 2 hours before your no intake of food.

You need weights. You are not going to grow doing pushups and crunches. You need to push some heavy weight and do sets of 6-12 reps. Do not forget your legs because you can add real size there and it'll help with your symmetry as your arms start to grow.
