PLEASE HELP!!Hi everyone.Im 13 years old and in desperate need to lose weight..Can some one help?

Once again,hello.Im 13 years old and 310 pounds.Ive been in the 200's since i was 8 years old.In 5th grade I got a personal trainer whom i worked out with, he was great.I lost 20 pounds with him.My main problem is my nutrition.I cant help but to eat. fried food and fast food I gave up on my trainer in 6th grade, but my mom used to do it with me as well.I wanted to give up and she did too.I gained weight rapidly and I still do.I've been obsese for a LONG time.This year I have had horrible anxiety so I asked my trainer to come again.He comes about two or three times per week for free;he's so supportive.He's been helping me because I feel my heart isnt good and have these feelings about death because of my weight.I need something to get out of my lazy habits because my mom has been no help to me.The only support is my trainer;,I would be fine if i did what he said and stop eating fast and greasy foods.Also I cannot get into working out on my own.I will give up in 5 minutes or two days.Im so scared.Can someone give me advice.And I know my age is probably frowned upon but I've taken things into my own hands all the time and it worked out well.This year I want and need to be healthy.My childhood is ruined because of my weight and health anxiety that I've been having.I'll take any advice except for "tell your parents and doctors, etc" because my endocrinologist and doctor sucks and when I want to give up my mom lets me and she'll make me give up the weight loss programs I'm in.Thanks everyone.Im desperate.

I only started yesterday so im no expert. I have a forum on my accound you can check out for my recipe. You mix it into a drink. Look up some stuff b4. There will be recipes online but I like mine better. Only mix in a little and its "really good & healthy" watch some youtube videos so you see some people's results and the benefits. Altho most video results are from already fit people.

Also you need Apple cider vinegar that has "the mother" on the label or else it won't work. The "mother" is activated good stuff.

Hi, Shanai. It sounds like now is a good time to be totally responsible for your own health outcomes. It's great that you have access to a personal trainer because exercise helps us in lots of ways, but good nutrition is the key to losing weight. Sometimes you have to decide which you want more- to be healthy or to eat junk food. I understand that you feel scared about your health. You can do something about it & hopefully your Mum will support you. Are you able to see a Nutritionist? There is some great info here on healthy eating-

Re: apple cider vinegar. There is no evidence to support the theory that drinking apple cider vinegar will help with weight loss. It can damage the enamel on your teeth, even diluted. Giving up or at least really cutting down on the junk food is the go.

To stop acv from getting at your enamel drink the diluted acv w a straw. And it is recommended to drink up to 24 oz of water after drinking the acv.

Scientific support is worse for fat loss, none of the few studies show any statistically significant weight loss, for example the Japanese study participants lost less than 1 kg over a 12 week period.

The Japanese study also showed no benefit in reducing cholesterol.

Correlation does not imply causation, those attempting weight loss with apple cider vinegar, will also be making other changes which do have an effect, including drinking more water when they dilute their vinegar.

If you still feel that apple cider vinegar will make you loose weight then please post the scientific studies.

Hello, I'm not a professional but maybe you could consider joining a sport club of a sport you enjoy. I used to go to gym and give my all effort for a week or so then I would give up because it was boring and I had no motivation whatsoever. I then joined kickboxing and I feel like I'm actually getting to be more active, the warm up we do usually lasts 15-20 minutes then we spend like 30 minutes learning actual kickboxing techniques. The warm up is very vigorous and I feel like I'm doing more in this club than when I used to go gym. Also you get a lot of support from everybody around you. It was similar with my brother but with gaining muscle, he just couldn't do it when he went to gym on his own but when he started rugby and weightlifting with his friends, he actually started gaining muscle. Hi. It is great you are taking things into your own hands. Especially at your age, that is really well done on your part. Can you find a homeopath or a pharmacy that will dispense homeopathics? Some pharmacies where I am, have professional homeopaths or nutritionists in store who will give advice for free. The same with health stores. Maybe this is the same where you live? Homeopathy has been successfully used to help with your main problem of food cravings/needing to eat, lazy habits, liver support. It can help with many things. The other thing you can look at, is if you have a parasite infection. Apple Cider Vinegar, which I read you were going to try can also help sometimes with parasites, depends what there is. I suggest homeopathy in particular as a gradient start because I know how tough it can be when told to make too much change at once, or to be changing things when there is just you and your trainer. :)
