please don't say I have to wear pink

Hiya,

Okay please don't crucify me for asking a very womanly question about training.:p I'm hoping to be preggers in the next year or so and I want to know the truth about how my training whether or not and how my training might have to change. I currently weight train moderately 3 times a week, sometimes 4 and I bike back and forth to work which gives me round about 40 good minutes of cardio. I'm aware my body is going to change while preggers but I'd like to stay as fit as possible without risk to the babe during the process so getting back in shape afterwards isn't completely traumatic. Any suggestions. And again, I'm sorry for being such a girl. :rolleyes:
