please critique my cutting diet

Hi guys

This is my second cutting diet. I would like to know what you all think.

My goal is to cut down from current 230lbs to approx 215 lbs. I am 24yrs, 6'4 230lbs atm.

My diet is shown below. Thinking I will stick to this for the week with an ultra low carb day on a saturday and a high carb day on sunday. Will run with this for about 4 weeks, see how I go.

I am using a non-ephedra stimulant with L-tyrosine, guarana, caffiene, green tea extract, and citrus aurantium (trying this for the first time).

I will workout every second day. For workouts I plan to superset squats, deads, bent over row. Will add in two or three of dumbell bench press, shoulder lateral raise, and dumbell curls depending on how I feel. 3 sets of each at about 80% 1RM.

Every other day I will do cardio, alternating between 20 mins interval (elliptical, bike, treadmill) on one day and a brisk walk (60 mins) other days. I hate cardio.

As you can see in the diet plan my workout is in the morning. My BMR is roughly 2200 cal atm, so I expect to be in about a 500-700 cal deficit.

I truly appreciate your thoughts and opinions.

Just so I understand, you are going to bounce high carb one day, low carb next for the next four weeks correct?
