Please check out my weight loss regime

Hi everyone,

could you help me out and tell me if this sounds like a good plan for weight loss? Have been 'dieting' and excercising for some months with very little results, so I am set on stepping it up now.

Height: 164 cm Current weight: 64kg Goal weight: 58kg - 53kg

1. Meal Plan (ca. 1200cal/40g-50g Protein)

Breakfast (6.30am)
Whole Wheat Bread
2 1/2 slices - 131 cals; 8.4g Protein

Sour Milk Cheese
2-3 small slices - ca. 170 cals; ca. 8g Protein

Snack 1 (9.15am)
Fruit (Banana/Apple/Plum/Grapes/Watermelon)
ca. 50 - 100 cals

Small slice of sweet bun with 1 pat of butter + 1/2 ind. packet of Marmalade
125 cals

Snack 2 (11.15am)
Protein Bar - 111 cals; 10g Protein

Lunch (all together w/o desert around

Salad (half a big plate)- ca. 50 cals
Some sort of vegetable (other half of big plate) - ca. 80cals

1 medium ladle of Brown Beans (3/4 of small plate) - 311cals, 11g Protein
1 serving spoon of brown rice (1/4 of small plate) - 100cals

Desert (not more than 100cals)

Snack 3

Apple or other fruit (less than 100 cals)

No dinner. If hungry another protein bar (111 cals) or plain yogurt (145cals)

I do 40 mins (4miles) HIIT 3 - 4 x a week.

Doing no weights as I don't want to get bulky (e.g. my legs are quite thick already and don't want them to get beefy). Also, I hate lifting with loads of people around me. I know I should be getting more protein, but I'm a pescetarian (only eat fish) and work at a school from 7am-5pm - I get most of my food served at the canteen. They never have fish, and if they do its breaded so I prefer eating rice & beans (popular Brazilian dish).

Any feedback on my regime anyone?
