this is generally what I eat every day. Any feedback would be appreciated. I am 5 foot 6. About 140 pounds. Looking to lose 10 or 15 pounds and tone up.

Currently:

7:40 am: oatmeal with honey or yogurt
apple or banana

12:00 pm: large salad with chicken, cheese, dressing

3:00 pm: granola or granola bar or piece of fruit or carrots

5:00 pm: soup or sandwich

8:00 pm: carrots or fruit

so approximately how many calories are you eating a day, its hard to tell from the foods but you may not be eating enough for the weight to come off. A few things you could cut out may make a difference (dressing)but honestly its good to also count your calories so we have a rough estimate of how many your bringing in. how do you feel through out the day? are you tired or energetic?
 
whats your height?

what were trying to do is find a rough estimate of your maintanence calories so we can see how much of a deficit in calories you are having.
 
I'm almost 5 foot 6, about 140 pounds. Aside from how many calories I should eat, I'm also wondering about how much protein, carbs, etc. I should be having. Thanks.
