hi all
i am new here in this forum
my weight: 85kg
hight : 184cm
waist circumference :99cm
target weight: 78 kg
my main target is to lose body fats around my stomach and try to get six packs.
i go to gym 4 or 6 times a week.
i do cardio 2 or 3 times a week
i need to know if this diet good or not to achieve my goal :
breakfast : 1 yoghurt and 2 fruits
snack: 1/2 piece of bread and cottage cheese
launch: tuna or 1/4 grilled chicken or any grilled meat + salad
dinner: guava with milk juice without sugar.
i workout before dinner and i need to know if my plan will help or not.
any suggestions are most welcomed
