Plateau's

No thats actually very healthy.

I used to be like that, worrying that I wasn't doing enough. Someone told me to trust them and to back off a bit, it was the best thing I could have done.

Your eating way too low though, up those calories

Eating enough calories is my problem...I'm 5'11" and 16, and I find it very difficult to even get up to 1500 calories :p Last night I was going to try to up my calories with some hot chocolate ,and got depressed since one serving only had 70 calories :p

This is the common misconception everyone uses to lose weight at least once. They fail to realize whats really happening behind weight loss. You have to eat to keep metabolism going.

Don't try to up calories all at once if its a big jump, gradually up the caloric intake

Maria, also remember, being 100 calories under every once in a while isn't going to kill you, just don't make a habit of it ;)

Haha, the thing is...is I eat almost all day long :p I just eat fresh fruits, dried fruits, and yogurt as my inbetween meals, and then for breakfast I'll either have yogurt or cereal, lunch I'll have a couple chicken strips and some mashed potatoes, and eat a nice dinner (whatever my mom cooks, and she's been cooking very healthily).
