I have been working out and on a conservative diet for 21 months now. I consume roughly 1800 calories a day over the course of 5 meals. I work out 3 times a week and engage in moderate cardio activities (like baseball, rollerblading with friends, or swimming... what ever social activity presents itself). I had been losing fat and gaining muscle at a steady pace for the first 18 months, but now I have stalled. My pants feel like they are getting tighter, and I am no longer noticing the reduction of fat in my abs. I have a problem with man-boobs as well, and am yet to find a solution to. It also seems like I am no longer gaining muscle though my strength has continued to increase with each workout. Does anyone have an answer to this fat loss, plateau?
