Plateau or Impatience?

What are your stats and how many calories are you eating per day? If you haven't done so already, I would suggest reading the stickies in all the forums, they're VERY helpful. Also, if you haven't calculated calories or are unsure where to start, you can use or to help you out.
 
My recommendations for reducing stomach fat

Stomach fat is usually hard to get rid of and usually doesn't happen very quickly.

I am a personal trainer so just trust me on this. I can't go into to much detail but I can give you some basic tips.

My suggestion to you is to develop a great diet, because diet is really important if you want to keep your stomach fat down. There are many poor diets out there that more popular so you should follow a few simple rules to start off

-eat small meal throughout the day about 6 (your body will not store as much food)

-drink water throughout the day (your body will not store as much water)

-eat complex carbs and protein in every meal (gives long term energy)

To reduce the appearance of stomach fat meaning hold the fat better I suggest doing abdominal exercises.

By following these few simple rules you should be seeing results shortly

Let me clarify
I'm not saying that you can target fat loss in a specific area. I'm simply saying that if you work on your abdominals and obliques the fat will be held better making you appear to have less fat.

This works with any part of the body and has been tested in various studies.

Although, if you could target fat loss that would be really cool

Also, there are some ways to 'persuade' stubborn fat but you have to be pretty lean to begin with.

Stubborn fat in this context isn't a woman who has a lot of fat on her thighs. Rather, it's the very dieted down female who has the last bit of fat to lose on her thighs.

Less than 10 posts and you seriously expect people to trust you - because you are personal trainer? ooh lemme guess you've got some magical certification that makes you god-like.

Prove what you know do not expect anyone to trust you..
