Not only is this not "no fat", it's "high fat". Walnuts are very high in fat, and 1/2 chopped walnuts is approaching the 1000kcal mark. Yes, I love walnuts (and most other nuts), but I understand that they must be used in very small amounts.
The rest of the ingredients in this recipe are completely full of sugar...
