Yep they look the same to me! Heh I went clothes shopping today and spent 100 bucks on just 3 items :eek: And they were all shirts. hahaha

yea i didnt take any pics before i started i just started on my own because i was always depressed because of my looks and now im 24 pounds slimmer but still have a belly to lose to get to a flat stomach that i have always wanted

So take your before pics now, its never to late if your still improving.
 
YEAH but lately i havnt been improving Allen is helping me start out new because i havnt lost any weight for a good month now...
 
wow that's definatly an accomplishment!! i bet you feel a hell of a lot better! & you look a lot better! just curious but what's your goal??
 
What made you want to turn your life around, and shed the weight??
Did you just wake up one morning? Family??

My goal right now is 210, then Ill reevaluate and go from there. I don't know how much muscle I have and how low I really can get, If I had to guess, 195 will be as low as I can get. I actually started trying 3 or 4 years ago. I stopped smoking (woke up and couldn't breathe, scary) and started going to the gym as a deterrent to quitting smoking. I went from 276 to 221, and started umpiring ball games. During a game where I was working the bases in a 2 man crew, I got caught out of position in a freak play. I ended up behind the base somehow and a runner who was sliding made contact with the fielder and they rolled into me, hurting my knee pretty bad. I sat out the rest of the season and got lazy. I have always been meaning to get motivated and back into the gym. I just decided one day I was tired of my health being poor. The rest is history. My motivation is my family first and foremost. I want to see my kids grow up. 2nd motivation is martial arts. I love practicing shotokan. I also want to umpire longer. Its easy money if you have thick skin. During HS ball I make 54 dollars if I call the game by myself, 46 if I have a partner, not bad for 2-2.5 hours work :).

Kwanny, I was unprepared for the pic to be taken, I was actually just done giving my wife a dirty look when she was giving me crap hehe. Next thing I knew the flash went off and the batteries were low in the camera :D.
