Gotcha, well I am only saying if you gained 50+ lbs since last summer, that is no way to bulk. I am all for bulking, but bulking in my book means trying to add as much muscle as possible without adding TOO much fat. I think you would find better results if you altered your nutritional plan in some way shape or form, which I can not say how seeing as how I don't know it at all. Even when I bulk, I don't get real soft. If anything, I lose my definition and that is about it.

I would not be saying this, and I hope you don't take it as disrespect, but when I first saw your pics, I thought you were originally fat and have done a nice job losing your fat and you were starting to see your muscularity. But seeing as how you were thin only a year ago, it looks to me as if you added too much fat.

I train a few guys in college and they all came to me with a build similar to yours. Through our initial meetings, I loved how against steroids they were, but hated to find out that they were eating way too much trying to bulk.

Tell me if I'm wrong, since I have never communicated with you before.

You're pretty big but your arms look small to the rest of your body. That's about the only negative thing i can say...

I was thinking the same thing until I saw his last batch of pictures, his arms look bigger in those pictures. Either way man, lookin good.

phreak, looks good. very strong. but i would give more attention to your arms so that they grow. whats your routine like? maybe we can tweak it?
 
this summers focus is mainly on arms and chest as I know for a fact theat they are both lacking in comparison to the rest.

as of right now, there is no set routine...meaning there is alot of tweaking that can be done. lol.

But I'm working on one right now and as soon as I get it all set up I'll let you guys know.

Until then, any suggestions on routines or even certain exercises that would be a good addition to a routine let me know. I'll work em into what I create.

lately? not alot. I haven't had a good workout for a month at least. and I never really got into squats...i hit 780 on leg press though if it counts for much...prolly not compared to squats
