Okay so I weight about 150 and I do have a huge belly sticking out. I started working out. I walk a lot usually an hour in the morning, its more of leisure walk, then in the evening I go to the Gym and do about 40 minutes of Elliptical and stair climber and I have been on a 1500 calorie a day but I meet all the food groups and stuff. SO now i have got a personal trainer, I had my first day today and it was brutal, she made me lift weights on machines like 40 lbs it was horrible. I am just asking for advice on what people do to lose weight and do personal trainers really help or am I just wasting my time and money.
