I am trying to figure out what good measurements for my height would be. I am 5'4" and currently weigh 158 lbs. My measurements right now are 39-30-42 (that was fully clothed and in jeans). Is one's bottom measurement supposed to match their top (even after carrying two babies)? Or is that I really am not convinced that BMI is necessarily a good way to measure one's health! I currently look very curvy and healthy (IMHO), but my height/weight ratio means that BMI says I am still quite overweight - and will be until I am down into the low 140s. Frankly, I am a bit afraid that I will look like I have a gigantic head on a too-small body!

Do you have any thoughts on measurements for females?

Mind you, I suppose gals with that problem would prefer something else, too.
