People Who Travel Are More Likely To Be Overweight Study

People who travel 14 days out of the month are more likely to be overweight according to research done. Different time zones, lack of sleep, stress and foods eaten are contributing factors to travellers. Stress increases the likelyhood to eat unhealthy food. Some people only get exercise by running to and from their different flights.

While most people will be stuck in an office or at home these people get to work and see the world. However, they can become exhausted and the travel can lose its glamour. It's up to the individual to not allow that to happen.
