Hello I am a mother of one and I am getting married november 2008. I am currently trying to lose weight before I even attempt to try on dresses which gives me 6 months to get below the 200 mark.. i was 245 but i have lost 5 lbs this week. All I have done was switch to lower fat versions of the foods I love, eat breakfast, drink my 8 glasses of water, excercise, stop eating at night and cut out oil and maragarine from cooking. hopefully this will keep working .. wish me luck!!!
