Sport Peanut Butter

I've heard differeing opinions regarding penaut butter. I know that it is high calorie and fat content and should be used sparingly. I have also read that it contains some "good fats" but also heard the opposite. Which is true?
I truly like peanut butter and use it presently in small portions. Of course I use peanut butter with no added sugars but am I short circuiting my diet by eating it?

Nope, I eat it on a daily basis when cutting. As long as it's all natural (no sugar), it's totally fine.

like LV says...ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER is what has healthy fats and is good in moderation. but your generic Skippy/Jiff has plenty of hydrogenated fats inside, plus sugar and preservatives. Not good.

also, its normal for all natural PB to have a little added salt on the ingredients list...but that's it. Peanuts, salt.

you speak of the truth, my friends; it is high in good fats and calories but it is good for you. good fats are even shown to reduce the amount of body fat in studies. Low fat diets that dont even eat the good fats are self destructive.
eat the peanut butter just dont eat more than 4,5 tbs a day or you will probably see a weight gain(you are eating an extra 400 calories/day)
