avocado shake - 250 cals

Total: 1,170 calories Better than yesterday! And as an added bonus, my cousin said I looked thinner because my shirt became loose! <3 I haven't lost a pound though v_v I think all the fat weight turned into muscle weight in my arms. The sleeves were a bit tight. o.o

Lozza: I think red meat is too fatty. And it's probably the easiest thing I can do away with xD I'm back on track with the no meat thing. :3 I get my protein from fish and chicken.
 
Day 3

Breakfast
oatmeal drink - 90 cals

Lunch
fried eggplant - 300 cals ( I can live off of these for a month!)
rice - 200

Snack
small apple - 50

Dinner
rice - 150 cals
mung beans - 200 cals

Total: 990 calories


I love eggplants and mung beans. My old classmate asked me why I got thinner. YESS! As of now, I weigh 108 lbs. It changes easily.
 
Day 4

Breakfast
nothing. late for school.

Snacks
Crackers - 170 cals

Lunch

Rice - 250 cals
mung bean sprouts - 50 cals
fried eggplant - 200 cals

Snacks
siopao - 350 cals

Dinner
vodka - a lot
rice - 300 cals
tuna/corned beef/ mung bean sprouts - 300
salted egg - 54

Fail!

Grand Total: 1,674 + vodka = a lot of calories.

Oh man! Oh well v_v i think I deserve a break from schoolwork. better luck tomorrow.

No dinner for me Dx gotta make up for yesterday. Ugh. And it's only 12:30pm. I'm sure to crack.
 
I've ruined my diet again, I haven't been going to judo and I haven't been lifting anything lately. The pounds are just jumping back. I'm taking a break from the diet. I rather sick. I need to keep my calories up.
