Pancakes for breakfast?

I am sorry if this thread has been covered before but i was wondering, while bulking are home made pancakes for breakfast any good?

What i put in it is:

light milk, w/m flour, w/m SR flour, abit of sugar and 1 egg.

Do you think that would be ok even on a cutting diet?

Also sugar is optional...unless it ulters the taste alot lol. But i only put in 1 tbl spn.

HI IM NEW HERE BUT SAW THIS AND HAD TO SHARE!

Protein Pancake,

AWESOME,,

4 EGG WHITES
1/4 CUP FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE
1/2 CUP QUICK COOKING OATS
SPICES OF CHOICE (I DO FEW SHAKES OF NUTMEG, AND EVEN MORE CINNAMON)
2 PACKETS OF EQUAL, MORE IF DESIRED
1/4 TEASPOON OF MAPLE EXTRACT (IF DESIRED, BUT OH SO GOOD)

BLEND ALL TOGETHER IN BLENDER.
COOK LIKE REGULAR PANCAKES.

I SPRINKLE EXTRA CINNAMON AND EQUAL AS SOON AS DONE ON PANCAKES AND USE PARKAY FAT FREE CALORIE FREE BUTTER SPRAY ON THEM.!! MMM!!
THESE ARE VERY VERSATILE AND CAN ADD PUMPKIN, OR A PACKET OF NO SUGAR HOT CHOCOLATE BUT I LEAVE OUT SPICES IF DOING THE CHOCOLATE!

AS RECIPE IS WRITTEN: 253 CALORIES.
