P90X and Insanity

Hi everyone,
My name is Kami and I started my journey in October 2011. I did two rounds of P90X and did not even watch what I eat. After the P90X I started with Insanity for a month but then I had to get married. In October 2011 I was about 155-160lb. By March 2012 I was about 135-140lb. 20lb is not like a huge transformation but I was able to see the BIG difference. Then I found out I am pregnant and before I had my girl I was 189lb!!! What???? Yes, 189lb!!! And had to have a c-section... so 4 months PP I was 167lb. That was not ok! So I started Insanity in the end of June 2013. Now, 4 months later I weight 142lb and keep dropping pounds. I do drink Shakeology for breakfast instead of eating eggs and exercise 6 days a week and I see the difference. It is hard to get rid of the baby fat in the belly but I am getting there. For more motivation, I decided to sign as a coach for TeamBeachBody and it actually makes me even more focused and motivated! I love TeamBeachBody and the workouts they've created, they work for me and for so many people, it is unbelievable. And the support and motivation is great as well. I can't wait for Christmas so I can get Shaun T's T25, that is my request for a present... Yes, I know, crazy! Crazy for Beachbody's workouts! If you wonder what exercise to start, try one of theirs! Ask me if you want, I can help with a choice.

You would need to get clearance from your doctor as there are a lot of factors to consider - not just a yes or no from random people on the internet. Your doctor could also direct you with modifications or substitution to accommodate your injury. Or they could refer you to a personal trainer that would have specific knowledge in that area.
