Ok so after trying on my own and really not succeding, I tought about joining WW cause it worked for me prebabies but with kids and work and school attending weekly meetings is next to imposible....I know the PINK Method worked for my sister but she wanted to loose 10lb.....I need to lose 30 - 60lb so I need to know if annyone on here as done the PINK Method to loose around the amount I want to loose....fist off did it work for you , what you liked and disliked about it....but most of all where you able to maintain, cause loosing is only half the battle if I do all the work I want it to stay off.....Also how realistic is it to follow this programe when you have kids a full time job and school plus the house keeping thing to do?

It'a programme my sister used....if you GOOGLE P. I. N. K. Method you will find them easily

I copied this from their web site...I would post the link but not sure I can do so. It looks very structured and I think right now I need that....my sister as lost 10 lb on it and kept it off it`s been almost a year and she has not gain even while on a trip to Italy so I think it works....but I would like to hear from people who have used it to loose 30 plus lb to see how it worked for them. apparently no one here as used it so I will keep a daily journal if I decide to use it in order to help others

Yep, another one of 'those' sites. Eat healthy, exercise and you will lose weight. Glorified to appeal to women and make them think it is a truly 'one of a kind' diet and exercise regime.

@ Verobc: I didn't google the program, but you said that it includes a food program... does that mean that you buy your food from them or that you follow a diet plan?

If a plan doesn't force their products on you, or require you to follow a restrictive diet plan, then it might be something to try. Sometimes just having a plan laid out for you for a while can help you on your way to losing weight.

Ok so I couldn't help it, I looked it up. I wouldn't normally post this (due to the ads), but if you absolutely feel that you are going to try a program like this, then this article has some good pointers and advice: http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/pink-method-review?page=3

It really doesn't sound that much different from most of the other plans out there... they have just tried to spin it so that it's geared towards women. The calories are too restrictive in some phases, it's not a long-term nutritional change, and it's really odd that this was promoted on the Dr. Phil show as he is a psycologist or psychiatrist, not a dietician, exercise physiologist, or anything else related.

You just have to ask yourself if you already have something very similar hidden in a closest that you have purchased in the past and whether or not it's worthwhile to shell out more money for something potentially very similar.

Hello thank you for your comments

I never actually purchased a programme .....I like that there are no suplements and that it`s well laid out....I think this is what I need right now cause on my own alone it`s just not working I have been in the lower 190`s for a while now and I really don`t eat junk. I think having a programe that gives me recepies and have exercise right there in the program will give me the kick in the behind that I need to get the ball started. I am worried about the low cals....I will modify that I don`t beleive in going under 1200 a day my sister did that and she lost the weight.....I when out and looked for a

dietician, there are none in the vincinity where I live and I contacted a personal trainer in the area but with the husbands hours I can`t get to the gym on a regular basis and small town gyms just plainly suck......I Think I will try the P.I.N.K. Methode and ajust it for me.....at the moment it seams like that is what I need.....when my situation changes I can seek out other help but for now that is my plan. So next pay check I am making the purchase.
