could anyone help me with this? i tennis everyday for high school and a few other various times during the week, and about a week ago i noticed that my right hand had a swell in it. it's the muscle that, when you have you fingers straight and side by side, makes the bulge under your pointer finger and beside the thumb (dunno what it's called). well, i told my coach today and he said it was an overdeveloped muslce and that i should try to stretch it out and ice it every so often. it's been annoying me and every now and then it hurts when i do serves overheads. so could any of you tell me what else i should try to get rid of it? if you could, thanks a bunch
