Hey guys I've got a question.
Am I over-exhausting myself or are my muscles just weak?
You see the problem is that I can't seem to go to the gym again even after a 48-Hour recovery period. After I work out I literally can't move the next day to even put on my shirt and then by the second day I still can't fully function without taking caution to hurt myself.
So, am I over-exhausting myself or are my muscles just weak? ALSO, is there a way I can reduce the muscle strain? I've tried going into the sauna for 20-Minutes on my recovery day and even tried sitting in the hot-tub for 30-minutes and also tried a cold pack as well...but it seems to me that nothing works.
