Ounces??

I dont know how much 1 oz of steak is see im having steak for dinner and i wanna add it to my FITDAY thing but i dont know how many ounces it is. I dont think it says on the package. So how can i tell how much it is by the steak???

16oz = 1lb. im sure somewhere it had a sticker that said how much it weighed and how much it cost per pound. lol and a 1oz steak? do they make them that small?

yeah, one ounce is SUPER small. Just a little guideline - 3 ounces of cooked meat is approximately the size of a deck of cards.

alright ill go hurry and look at the package i dont like to look at food labels n stuff with my mom around i dont want her to think im a HEALTH NUT lol and i'll go look at see how big the steaks are and ill post it

well i ate 1 steak and cut all of the fat off it was like a deck of cards then i had about 2 small potatoes with 1/2 cup of peas and a cup of green beans. Thats what i had for dinner Do you guys think that was under 541 calories??

small potato, is too ambiguous. were they 2" in length? 3"? 4"?

I'd suggest buying a kitchen scale so you can weigh your meat. 2.52lbs is a lot of steak...how many steaks were in the package? Eye of round steaks are usually 3oz after cooking. Most other steaks tend to be 5 or more oz. after cooking.

yes, get a kitchen scale ane weigh EVERYthing. It will be so helpful and will definitely keep you on track for everything. Who cares if your mother thinks you're a "health nut?" Perhaps then she can help you by purchasing and preparing healthy foods and whatnot.
