Orientation and another question

How does someone get out of orientation status? Do I have to have a certain number of posts?
Just curious.
Also, I can not get my profile picture to post with my postings.
 
yes, there are quite a few different titles based on the number of posts you have (25 is next).

there is a difference between a profile picture and an avatar. An avatar is what you need to upload. A profile pic is what people see when they view your profile.
