Geez man. Are you seriously going to say I don't like handing out too many tips. Do me a favor. Click on my username and see how many posts I made in the last 2 days. Better yet, read the posts I made in the last 2 days. I have spent hours of my time. I am not looking for a trophy or even thanks. I did it because I love to. But I am certainly not looking for someone to tell me I am not here to help people.
Give me a freaking break mate.
And while you are at it, look up an exercise called the deadlift. I assume you are talking about your lumbar portion of your back. I am pretty sure it would do the trick, plus a whole lot more for you.
Well I didn't mean to single you out. It just seems like there is always an explanation behind somthing rather than a simple response around here. Seriously, you could have just said..."look up an exercise called the deadlift. I assume you are talking about your lumbar portion of your back. I am pretty sure it would do the trick, plus a whole lot more for you."...the first time around right?
Anyways, not trying to pick you apart. I am sure you know so much more than I do so I really do apriciate any help and advice you can give. I have been doing deadlifts. I just didn't know if it was more focused on the middle of the back or not. I love working all pars of my back because sitting at a desk for 8 hours can really suck. The stronger my back gets, the more comfortable my days spent sitting on my ass are. The place that still seems a little weak is the sides of my lower back.
