opened my eyes

i just downloaded a program yesterday that keeps track of all of the foods u eat and exercise you do, and its really shown me how many calories i eat in a normal day...and i am left in awe...its called calorieking nutrition and exercise manager...according to this i eat almost 4000 calories per day...thats not everyday, but its a day where im bored, theres nothing else to do, im really tired and dont feel like exercising...a day where i eat a lot...this isnt everyday...cuz today happened to be the day my mom brought home jack in the box and i couldnt resist it (i have almost no will power or self control)...but this is truly amazing and ill continue to use this program to try and take control of my eating habits...
