Usually a post gets started like the one going now, about starting a new 1 week or 2 week challenge (I think they're typically 2 weeks) Then you post in that thread that you'd like to be in the challenge. NewBride tends to manage them often, so a day or so before the challenge she posts the teams and decides who's on what team. I think its very random (?) as to the selection of who's on what team. Then each team starts their own thread to write in and support eachother. At the end of the challenge, we post our starting weight and our end weight. Ta da! It all gets compiled at the end in the original challenge thread. Hopet his helps you figure it out!
